Why can't I log into HealthStream? ›

If you are having trouble logging in, click "Forgot Your Password." Enter your User ID and click Submit (don't enter anything in the email field). If you have an email associated with your account, you will receive a system-generated email with a link to reset your password.

If you have forgotten your User ID, please contact your HealthStream Administrator, local help desk, Education Department, or Human Resources Department. If you know your facility's HealthStream Learning Center URL, help with User IDs and passwords is often available on your facility's login page.

Use of the following ways to access the HLC: Open Internet Explorer and type the web address (also called a URL) provided by your administrator (for example: www.healthstream.com/hlc/FacilityName). HealthStream is mainly used by healthcare organizations, medical device companies, and pharmaceutical companies. How do I access HealthStream from home? To access HealthStream from a home network, users can go to the URL provided by the administrator and log in to the HealthStream portal.

If you don't know LifeBridge Health

It is one of the largest providers in Greater Baltimore with five acute care hospitals and over 1,900 beds. It also has a large medical group practice (960 providers) as well as home health, DME, and hospice services along with a large urgent care unit.

These can be accessed on an unlimited basis via the HealthStream platform or the highly utilized mobile app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Reach out to your product's HealthStream contact to access your request form. Follow the instructions provided to you regarding the creation of your hStream ID. Wait for confirmation that your Community account has been created and your access has been provisioned.

If a student completes a learning activity more than one time (for example, multiple attempts to pass a test), the system will count the estimated time for each attempt. If you do not wish to record an estimated completion time for an activity, you must enter a zero (0) in both the Hours and Minutes boxes.

The user account is locked after 5 unsuccessful attempts to login. You must use the Forgot Password or Forgot Username links to reset your password or retrieve your user name. If you still have issues, contact your Client Administrator to reset your account in User Management.

If you don't have a corporate email address, contact your administrators. They will be able to provide a new access code for resetting your password. If your company is using single sign-on and you're having issues logging in, you will need to contact your IT team.

First, try logging into your account on our website using the same credentials to see if that works. If not, then we recommend resetting your password. You should be able to reset your password by tapping the "Forgot password?" link on the log in page or by visiting this webpage here.

If you try to log in unsuccessfully too many times, you might be locked out of the account. In this case, you won't be able to reset your password yourself. For help resetting passwords and regaining access to your account, please reach out to your healthcare organization's MyChart support desk.
